Privacy policy

This policy covers the tinyforge.io website and the TinyForge games (Tiny Chess, Tiny Blocks, Tiny Four, Tiny Dash). The data controller is VivaCloud (SASU), reachable at contact@tinyforge.io.

The website

The website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. To measure traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow visitors across sites. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses for as long as security and page delivery require.

The games

Your progress (scores, coins, settings) is saved on your device. Depending on the game, these services may be involved:

• Advertising (Google AdMob): shows ads and uses the device's advertising ID. In the European Union, you are asked for consent before any personalized ads, and you can withdraw it in the game's settings.
• In-app purchases (RevenueCat, Apple, Google): an anonymous ID and your purchase history, to validate and restore purchases. We never see your payment details.
• Crash reports (Sentry): technical details about the device and the error, with no identity data, so we can fix bugs.

Legal basis and retention

Processing relies on your consent (personalized ads), on providing the service (purchases) and on our legitimate interest (security, fixing bugs). Data is kept only as long as these purposes require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing, by writing tocontact@tinyforge.io. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Children

Our games do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 15 beyond what is described here, and do not show them personalized ads.
